Investment in education
and training is imperative for the Transmarine Logisctic.
Over the years the Transmarine has implemented and constantly updated
its own training system, which is specifically directed towards
meeting the particular requirements of an international and
global organisation.
Our experience shows that the suitability of an applicant cannot be evaluated solely on the basis of examination grades and a written application. The personal impression of the individual behind the papers is essential in order to make an adequate evaluation.
Everybody, who has the qualification that is formally required for a certain position, can expect to be invited to a personal interview in our Human Resources Department.
